FC Twente attacker Hakim Ziyech could be a Borussia Dortmund player by the end of the week, according to Voetbal International.
Borussia Dortmund are joined by Everton, AS Roma, Fenerbahce and Anderlecht in the running for the attacker.
Ziyech was previously linked with Celtic in January but it looks like new manager Brendan Rodgers looks content with his squad ahead of the new SPL season.
FC Twente manager Van Leeuwen commented on Ziyech’s transfer situation stating that it could be over.
“I expect by the end of this week and early next week clarity,”
The rumoured fee for the 23-year-old is around €12million, but the Twente manager did not discuss a fixed cost for the highly rated youngster.
The Dutch side scraped survival in the Dutch league last season and Ziyech played a key part in maintaining their Eredivisie status.
This summer, we have seen Ziyech linked with multiple Premier League clubs including West Ham, Southampton, and Everton.
Voetbal International believe that compared to PSV and Ajax, the fee for the Moroccan for Belgian side Anderlecht could be too expensive.
The former Heerenveen attacking midfielder’s performances saw him linked with a possible move to Spanish giants Barcelona.
